Data Collected

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the service: last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional), uploaded identity documents, and payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe).

Purposes of Processing

Your data is used for: creating and managing your account, processing your naturalisation file, communication regarding your file, and billing.

Hosting

All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland with Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for 5 years from the closure of your file, in accordance with Swiss legal obligations. Upon request, we can delete your personal data, subject to legal constraints.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: contact form or from your personal account area.

Artificial Intelligence

We currently do not use any artificial intelligence system or automated analysis to process your documents or personal data: your file is reviewed exclusively by our legal advisors. Should this policy change, this page will be updated beforehand and, where applicable, your consent will be requested in accordance with the nFADP and the GDPR.
